    2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
    3. Ship the Item: Return the item(s) to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
 
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
