You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify, items must meet the eligibility criteria below.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
- Ship the Item: Return the item(s) to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
